Your primary functions as a Founder are to 1) maintain the vision, 2) get talent on your team, and 3) keep cash flow by any means necessary. You have to have the courage of your convictions to do all 3.

3/ Exemplify excellence in all endeavors.

Do what gives you energy because you need to be excellent in all you do even when it sucks.
