👤 Afraid of your effing shadow

10 years from now when you look back will you see a shadow hovering over you of something you built or something that built you?

Your life is being molded and built one way or the other.

The resulting shadow will loom large or at least it will loom large in your head.

Everyone has bills to pay. At times, you have to work in the shadows to stay afloat to pursue your purpose. You may even have to do this multiple times. It sucks.

But, are you risking anything...like your literal life...to build a life with a shadow that you recognize?

You must build with purpose or you will not recognize the shadow that looms over you.

• Do you party like a rockstar but produce like a fan (e.g. nothing really)?

• Are you working on your 3rd consecutive master's degree in hopes of becoming INSERTDREAMHERE?

• You call yourself whatever you want to be on LinkedIn or Instagram but do not actually make progress towards anything.

The shadow grows. It feeds itself. Feed the shadow with actions towards your purpose.
