The most boring investments can pay a lot...

I didn't yell at him, but I was pretty damn stern with him. Stern enough that I gave him a hug when I got home, so he knew that all is good between us.

I needed him to know that I was dead serious about not wasting the moments.

I was not mad. But I was feeling a lot of things.

Fear for his future adaptability was one of those things.

Incompetence is something I can deal with.

I do not know how to deal or empathize well with a lack of effort.

You can learn new skills or improve on existing ones.

Lack of effort bothers me because it's a waste of everyone's time.

The most important time in the world is that of the individual.

While you can't store time, you can decide if you're going to waste, invest or spend the energy that occupies that time.
