And so am I. Here's proof...

In 2017 Apple released the iPhone X and iPhone 8.

Do you know what the major feature was?

It was wireless charging.

Now, when I first heard "wireless charging" I thought it meant like it would charge over-the-air while I was walking around my house or office.

Nope.

As we all now know, it means that you don't have to plug anything into your iPhone.

So the big feature of the 2017 iPhone release was that you, me and everyone else would have to do 1 second less work in their daily lives.

I now can place my phone down on a base charging station instead of plugging it into something.

It literally offers me no additional freedom or convenience than I previously had. I just no longer had to plug it in.

How does that help you?

TL;DR

People (customers, colleagues, team members, you, me, whomever) just want to get their work done with the least amount of effort.

I mean it's very possible you just proved my point by jumping down to the "TL;DR" section of this post without reading my captivating snippet on the iPhone X first.

Anyway, if you can help people accomplish their goals (big, small or massive) in a better way, then you have tremendous value.
