The guy is an LP for a $425 million dollar real estate fund.

We talked for a few minutes about the unique aspects that have caused funding to stall.

I asked if he would put things on pause until the new year. 

He was emphatic that he would not stop following his outreach plan except for Christmas morning.

In so many words he cited that there are many religions that don’t celebrate Christmas and there are also people that cannot say “no” to a good deal.

He was going to focus on engaging those two types of people.

As important as knowing how to prioritize your network. It is also important to know your network by their investing styles.
