Prioritize customer conversations

Founders have a tendency to want to stay busy.

Staying busy on high-priority tasks takes discipline.

I have at least 1 conversation per week that has the tone of, "Wouldn't this be great if..."

My response is, "Don’t start until after you talk to the customer."

Then launch.

Then don't iterate on the launch until you talk to the customer.
